Description
The Southbend PCE22B/TD-V full-size convection oven features a ventless design that enables it to be installed anywhere in a kitchen because it doesn't require use with a hood. The sides, front, top, and rear jacket are all constructed of stainless steel for resistance to rust and corrosion, which enables a long service life. The oven has a double-deck design for keeping up with high demand in commercial kitchens and bakeries. The full unit measures 38 inches wide, 43 1/2 inches deep, and 64 inches high.
The Southbend PCE22B/TD-V full size convection ovena€™s two interiors measure 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high. They are lined with enameled porcelain, which retains heat and is easy to clean. The interiors feature coved corners that avoid collecting food debris for smoother cleaning. The ovens can reach temperatures on a range from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Each separate oven is controlled using the touchscreen panel mounted on the front.
