The Southbend PCE22B/TD-V full size convection ovena€™s exterior is constructed of durable stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion. Its bakery-depth and double-deck design are ideal for use in bakeries, delis, and commercial kitchens. The two-speed fans and forced cool down modes provide precise operation. The full unit is 38 inches wide by 43 1/2 inches deep by 64 inches high, while its ventless design enables use in any part of a kitchen.
The interior of each oven in the Southbend PCE22B/TD-V full size convection oven measures 29 inches wide, 29 inches deep, and 20 inches high and are lined with enameled porcelain that retains heat well and is easy to clean. The coved corners can be easily wiped out and sanitized for streamlined cleaning. Both ovens are equipped with dependent doors and a stay-cool handle for comfortable, one-handed operation.
