The Southbend PCE22B/TD full-size convection ovena€™s exterior is made of durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel that enables the unit to last through rigorous use. Its double deck and bakery depth are an ideal addition to commercial kitchens and bakeries. Each oven is controlled using a touchscreen panel that can control temperature on a range between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The full double oven measures 38 inches wide by 43 1/2 inches deep by 64 inches high.
The Southbend PCE22B/TD full-size convection ovena€™s two interiors each measure 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high, and each oven has a porcelain interior for heat retention and smooth cleaning. Because the interiors feature coved corners, debris and bacteria don't get trapped in the unit. The convection ovena€™s two-speed fans and forced cool down mode enable precise control for the user. They come with dependent doors that can be opened with one hand.
