The Southbend PCE22B/SI full-size oven offers a double-stack design that holds five plated racks and an 11-positton rack guide per cavity. The interior is finished in porcelain enamel and has coved corners, so ita€™s heat retentive and simple to clean after intense use. The unita€™s top, sides, and rear jacket are made of stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance. Because of the high-temperature lighting system, the product inside is simple to see.
A control panel is side-mounted to the Southbend PCE22B/SI oven, which operators can use to adjust temperature, time, and fan speed.
