Description
To streamline cleaning, the Southbend PCE22B/SD Platinum double bakery-depth convection oven has a porcelain-enameled interior that food doesna€™t stick to and can be wiped down after use. The top, sides, and rear of the unit are made of stainless steel for longevity and resistance to rust, dents, and scratches. Each deck's doors have a dependent design that allow them to open simultaneously, enabling one-handed operation. Both of the decks are illuminated with lights to make it easier to view the interior.
The Southbend PCE22B/SD full-size convection oven has a side-mounted control panel located away from heating elements for user safety. The solid-state controls can be used to set temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit and change the timer settings. Two-speed fans evenly distribute heat throughout the compartments, promoting even cooking. With five wire racks, each deck measures 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high.
