Description
Constructed of dent- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the Southbend PCE15B/TI full-size convection oven can withstand frequent use. Because of its double-deck design, this unit can produce an ample amount of food product to meet high demand. Each oven interior is made of enameled porcelain with coved corners, providing durability and aiding in heat retention to produce consistent cooking. Each deck has two doors, which open independently to limit the amount of heat loss during operation, and each door has a stay-cool handle to enable safe operation. Both ovens have five oven racks capable of holding full-size pans.
Located on the front right of the Southbend PCE15B/TI convection oven are the touchscreen controls, which operators can use to program various recipe types and hold functions. This unit has a temperature range from 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit. To rapidly cool the oven's interior temperature, users have the option of a forced cool down mode.
