Southbend PCE15B/TI-V Platinum Ventless Bakery Depth Double Full Size Convection Oven - 7.5kw, 240v/1ph

Part of the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE15B/TI-V full-size convection oven is made of dent- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel to provide durability. The double-deck design of this item enables users to produce ample amounts of food in high-demand locations. The 29-inch bakery depth of each oven chamber can hold large batches of pastries, side dishes, and other menu items, and each oven chamber has five oven racks that can be adjusted along the 11-position rack guides.
The Southbend PCE15B/TI-V convection oven has two doors per deck that are windowed to provide a clear view of oven contents. These doors operate independently to ensure no extra heat is lost during the cooking process. Inside each oven is interior lighting to ensure operators can monitor food as it cooks. This convection oven can maintain temperatures between 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and offers a programmable recipe function as well as a force cool down mode to rapidly decrease oven temperatures. The touchscreen controls are located on the front right side of each deck.
