Description
Featuring digital touchscreen controls, the Southbend PCE11S/TI-V Platinum convection oven can be programmed to hold various recipes and timer settings. The controller is fitted to a slide-out panel that provides easy access to simplify maintenance. The unit features a ventless design that enables the unit to be placed almost anywhere in a kitchen or other work area, as it doesn't require hood placement.
For durability, the Southbend PCE11S/TI-V single-deck convection oven's exterior is made of stainless steel while the interior is constructed of enameled porcelain with coved corners, a material and design that retains heat and simplifies cleaning. The unit produces temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit and uses the 2-speed motorized fan to evenly circulate the hot air throughout the cabinet. To help monitor food as it cooks, the independent doors are windowed to provide a clear view inside.
