The Southbend PCE11S/SI single full-size convection ovena€™s top, sides, front, and rear jacket are constructed of stainless steel for the durability needed to withstand consistent use in commercial kitchens. The full oven measures 38 inches wide by 37 1/4 inches deep by 55 inches high. It comes with two independent doors that can be opened using one heavy-duty stay-cool handle; the doors have windows so the contents can be monitored throughout the baking process.
This Southbend PCE11S/SI single full-size convection oven can be set to a temperature between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit via the digital touchscreen. The touchscreen also provides users the ability to cook separate racks inside the oven at different temperatures for versatility. The ovena€™s interior is porcelain with coved corners for streamlined cleaning. The interior measures 29 inches wide by 21 1/2 inches deep by 20 inches high.
