The Southbend PCE11S/SD-V full-size convection ovena€™s ventless electric design enables provides versatility as to where this unit can be used in the kitchen. The enamel interior has coved corners for convenient cleaning and comes with five plated oven racks that can be adjusted as needed across the 11-position rack guides. The oven is controlled using a digital touch screen panel for time and temperature control.
