The exterior top, sides, and front are made of stainless steel, while the baking cavity is finished in enamel porcelain. The front-facing independent doors sport a heavy-duty handle that stays cool to the touch even at high temperatures.
This Southbend PCE11B/TI-V bakery-depth full-size oven has a heating range between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit and a holding range between 140 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. There are three modesa€”manual, recipe, and racka€”which allow for cooking in bulk. The side-mounted control panel is located away from the heating elements for safety. For simple repair, the controller slides out 17 inches, and the ventless design doesn't require a hood, which helps simplify installation and enhance versatility.
