Description
Overall, the body of the Southbend PCE11S/SD single full-size convection measures 38 inches wide by 37 3/10 inches deep by 55 inches high. This wide cavity holds five racks (included) that can be adjusted in the 11-position rack guides spaced 1 5/8 inches apart. The cavity is finished in porcelain enamel, and the exterior top, sides, front, and rear jacket are made of stainless steel. It has two energy-saving glass doors built with a heavy-duty, cool-to-the-touch handle.
The control panel of the Southbend PCE11S/SD single full-size convection oven is right mounted to keep away from the heating elements and minimize accidental burns. The controls are fully solid state, featuring a power switch, cook timer, cook temperature control, and fan speed and mode toggle switch. This unit can reach between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit in cook mode, and the fan shuts off automatically when the doors are opened.
