The Southbend PCE11B/SI Platinum single-deck convection oven is made to accommodate specialty breads and other baked goods as it's built with a 29-inch bakery depth. Its full size makes the unit ideal for moderately busy locations, while the stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs are built for longevity. The interior is made of porcelain for heat retention and is finished with enamel to ease cleaning.
At the front of the Southbend PCE11B/SI convection oven are the simple-to-use thermostatic controls that enable access to the 60-minute timer and temperature settings; the unit heats from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
