Made of stainless steel, the top, front, and sides provide durability in commercial kitchens while ensuring a professional appearance. A digital display with electronic controls enables precise temperature adjustments between 400 and 752 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat-reflecting glass doors help maintain internal temperatures while allowing staff to monitor food throughout the baking process.
Built with four special clay hearthstones, the PizzaMaster PM 402ED-2 deck oven optimizes heat retention and distributes heat evenly for consistent baking results. Turbo-Start technology preheats the oven quickly, reducing downtime between baking cycles. The thermostat, Turbo-Start, and service indicators provide real-time system updates to ensure efficient operation.
