This metal defends against rusting, corroding, and warping, and it can be quickly wiped clean. Further streamlining cleaning, its 16-pound frypot and control box are removable. Measuring 11.06 inches wide by 17.5 inches deep by 17 inches wide, this unit is designed for countertop use.
The temperature of the Globe PF16E countertop fryer can be adjusted between 70 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit using high-temp thermal limit controls to prevent overheating. It comes with two nickel-plated fry baskets, and each one is equipped with an insulated handle that remains comfortably cool to the touch. When the baskets aren't in use, they can be stored on the built-in nesting hook. This unit is mounted on 3.5-inch stainless steel feet that can be adjusted to account for uneven surfaces.
