The Frymaster 11814E electric fryer is built with a rack-type basket support with a basket hanger and includes three twin baskets. Measuring 20 inches wide by 30 7/8 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high, it has an oil capacity of 60 pounds and features an easy-to-clean, open-pot design. To simplify cleaning further, it's made with a sloped bottom and a drain line through which sediment and old oil can be removed.
To ensure a long service life in high-volume settings, the Frymaster 11814E floor fryer's cabinet sides, door, and frypot are constructed of stainless steel. This simple-to-clean metal offers long-lasting resistance to rusting, scratching, and corroding. For additional durability, it's equipped with self-standing, swing-up, flat-bar heating elements.
