Durable to support high-volume use, the Frymaster 11814EF floor fryer's door, frypot, and cabinet sides are constructed of strong stainless steel. This metal resists rust, corroding, warping, and is easy to clean. To expedite cleaning further, this unit features an open-pot arrangement as well as a built-in filtration system. Its bottom is sloped and equipped with a drain line through which users can remove sediment and old oil.
With an oil capacity of 60 pounds, the Frymaster 11814EF electric fryer measures 20 inches wide by 30 7/8 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high. It features an oil-conserving design to improve efficiency and its SMART4U® programmable controls optimize product consistency. This unit comes with three twin fry baskets, which can be stored on the built-in basket hanger when not in use.
