Its thermo-tube heat transfer system helps prevent oil degradation, using stainless steel baffles and long-lasting burners for reliable results with minimal maintenance. To ensure oil doesn't overheat, the durable temperature probe enables users to monitor temperatures throughout operation. A wide cold zone at the bottom of the frypot catches taste-impacting sediment and stores it away from the cooking area.
To save floorspace and boost filtration frequency, a filter is built into the Dean 1FPRG50T gas fryer's cabinet. By using gravity draining, the drain lines remain open, expelling leftover oil into the filter pan. The filter uses a 4-GPM pump to filter the oil effectively, and its filter pan is furnished with casters and an automatic connection to streamline maintenance and cleaning. Its door, sides, and frypot are made of stainless steela€”a heavy-duty metal that resists rust and corrosiona€”to endure long-term use.
