To encourage frequent filtering for best results, a filtration system built into the Dean 1FPRG50T gas fryer's battery uses a gravity-draining system to release residual oil out of its 3-inch round drain line. This unit can filter a frypot's oil within 5 minutes, and because its drain pan is sloped, it doesn't leave behind residue. At the bottom of the frypot, a wide cold zone traps sediment that would otherwise impact oil taste. Users can track oil temperatures with the durable temperature probe to ensure it doesn't become overloaded and damaged.
The Dean 1FPRG50T gas fryer's frypot has a 50-pound oil capacity to accommodate high-volume applications. Four heating tubes warm the pot's oil by using a large heat transfer area, resulting in even heating. For reliable heating and low maintenance, the unit is equipped with stainless steel baffles and durable burners. This floor-model unit measures 15 1/2 inches wide by 30 3/4 inches deep by 45 inches high; its door, sides, and frypot are made of durable stainless steel to withstand heavy-duty use. To ease maneuvering for cleaning and maintenance, both the filter and unit are mounted on casters.
