The Frymaster 21814EF electric fryer's frypot, door, and cabinet sides are made of stainless steel to support heavy use. Its filtration system operates with an 8-GPM pump to rid the oil of sediment, extending its life. SMART4U® controls enable the cook buttons and features to be programmed, ensuring consistency with every use. It's equipped with six twin baskets and its two vats each have a 60-pound capacity.
A 1-degree temperature probe is mounted directly to the heating elements of the Frymaster 21814EF commercial fryer, providing accurate readouts. Its thermostat system minimizes overshooting, preventing food from burning when the temperature is monitored frequently. The frypot is built with a drain to streamline cleaning and oil removal. This unit employs swing-up heating elements that grant a long life and great energy efficiency.
