The Frymaster 31814EF commercial fryer has three 18-inch by 14-inch by 4 3/4-inch vats, each with an oil capacity of 60 pounds. It comes with nine twin baskets that can be used to cook french fries, onion rings, and other popular fried foods. To repeat frequently ordered recipes, the SMART4U® menu buttons can be programmed for quick operation. Equipped with casters, this deep fryer cart can be repositioned easily; its frypot, sides, and door are made of stainless steel to withstand high-volume use.
Providing an accurate way for users to monitor the temperature, the Frymaster 31814EF electric fryer includes a 1-degree compensating temperature probe that's mounted directly on the heating elements for efficiency. The unit's filtration system keeps oil free of debris to extend its lifespan, decreasing how frequently it must be replaced. To facilitate cleaning, a built-in drain helps remove used oil and crumbs.
