Measuring 60 inches wide by 33 1/8 inches deep by 47 3/4 inches high, the Frymaster 31814GF gas deep fryer cart includes three 63-pound-capacity frypots. It features a tube-type design that reduces energy loss by transferring it to the oil, effectively extending the oil's operating life. Also used to maintain clean oil, a filtration system rids it of sediment, and the frypots have sloped fronts that guide crumbs towards the cold zone to prevent contamination.
The Frymaster 31814GF commercial fryer is equipped with nine twin baskets to cook a wide range of foods simultaneously. Using a basket hanger and rack-type basket support, the baskets are secured to prevent them from slipping into the vat. Common recipe settings can be programmed into the unit using SMART4U® technology. This helps the kitchen operate more effectively with reduced cooking times.
