Description
Securing the Frymaster 3FQE30U electric fryer in place, it includes an anchor strap and chain restraint kit. The 30-pound frypots each include covers that prevent oil contamination after hours, and to resist rust and corrosion, the frypots, sides, and doors are made of durable stainless steel. Operating with an 8-GPM pump, the automatic filtration system removes sediment from the oil. Each frypot is built with a cold zone that traps crumbs to prevent oil contamination. The twin baskets can be used to cook onion rings, fried fish, and french fries.
To store baskets when not in use, the Frymaster 3FQE30U deep fryer cart is built with basket hangers and rack-type basket supports for security. Its action thermostat is mounted in the center to provide an accurate temperature readout for monitoring purposes. During slow periods, COOL mode can be activated to lower frypot temperatures and reduce energy use.
