Description
To ensure optimal oil quality through frequent filtering, a filtration system is built into the Dean 3FPRG50T floor-model gas fryer cabinet. Its gravity-draining mechanism enables residual oil to drain constantly and freely out of its 3-inch drain line; because the filtration system can cycle a frypot's oil in 5 minutes and function while other frypots are in use, it doesn't cause operational lags. Its 4-GPM pump also helps reduce the risk of clogging. To streamline cleaning, its sloped drain pain doesn't leave behind leftover oil, and its filter pan can be removed quickly.
All three of the Dean 3FPRG50T gas fryer frypots has a 50-pound capacity and are heated with a thermo-tube heat transfer system for quick heating and recovery. This heating system concentrates heat into a large surface area to prevent oil overload and degradation. Operators can track temperatures during initial heating and throughout the frying process with the durable temperature probe, while the millivolt controller enables temperature adjustment as needed. For long-term use, the fryer's frypots, doors, and sides are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and overall, this floor model measures 46 1/2 inches wide by 30 3/4 inches deep by 45 inches high.
