Great for frying large quantities of chicken, breaded delicacies, and french fries, the Dean 4FPRG50T PowerRunner® gas fryer maximizes production output with its four 50-pound oil capacity frypots. These corrosion-resistant stainless steel frypots heat and recover quickly and have 14-inch-wide by 14-inch-deep by 3 7/20-inch-high frying areas. A thermo-tube heat transfer system warms a large surface area, reducing the amount of heat used per square inch to help reduce the oil's overall heat load, so it won't break down throughout the frying process. At the bottom of the frypots, a wide cold zone collects sediment that would otherwise impact taste.
A filter is built into the Dean 4FPRG50T floor-model fryer to promote consistent filtering. It can filter a frypot's oil within 5 minutes and operates while other frypots are functioning, and because of its gravity-draining system, remaining oil drains freely out of its 3-inch drain line. Because the filter pan can be removed quickly and the drain pan is sloped to prevent residual oil buildup, this filter eases cleaning. Both the filter and fryer are mounted on casters to ease maneuvering for cleaning and maintenance. Overall, this floor-model unit measures 62 inches wide by 30 3/4 inches deep by 45 inches high, while its frypots, doors, and sides are made of heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to endure daily high-volume use.
