Dean 4FPRG50T Gas Fryer - (4) 50 Lb Vats, Floor Model, Liquid Propane

To help maintain a clean unit and preserve oil quality, a filtration system is built into the Dean 4FPRG50T floor-model gas fryer cabinet. It can filter all the unit's frypots and cycle a frypot's oil in 5 minutes, even while the other frypots are being used. Its 4-GPM pump helps reduce the risk of clogging and uses a gravity-draining mechanism that enables remaining oil to flow freely. Its large-capacity filter pan is removable for cleaning, and the drain pan slopes forward, so it won't leave much oil behind.
The Dean 4FPRG50T gas fryer's four frypots each have a 50-pound capacity and 14-inch-wide by 14-inch-deep by 3 1/2-inch-high frying area. To withstand back-to-back applications, these frypots heat up and recover quickly. They're heated with a thermo-tube system that transfers heat throughout a larger surface area, so the oil doesn't overload or break down. Throughout operation, users can manage oil temperatures with the durable temperature probe and adjust temperatures with the millivolt controller as needed. This fryer's frypots, doors, and sides are made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the unit measures 62 inches wide by 30 3/4 inches deep by 45 inches high overall.
