Engineered to endure high-volume applications, the Frymaster CFHD160G Decathlon HD fryer has an 80-pound oil capacity, and the oil is heated with five 6-inch-diameter tubes for improved heat transfer. The Thermatron® temperature controller maintains temperatures within 1 degree for desired results, and the controller will adjust temperatures as needed when differently sized loads are added to the oil. Lengthening oil life, a filtration system is built into the fryer battery, moving oil into a gravity-draining system that enables the oil to drain into a filter pan to prevent drain line blockages. To streamline filtering for several units, it can support two Frymaster fryers, and it can filter as many as six fryers.
The Frymaster CFHD160G floor-model fryer's 18-inch-long by 18-inch-wide by 3 3/4-inch-deep frypot works best for high-capacity loads. At the bottom of the unit, its forward-sloping design creates a wide cold zone that collects sediment that could damage oil quality. A 1 1/2-inch full-port drain valve is integrated on the bottom of the unit, and its 3-inch drain line eases removal of buildup. Equipped with a rack-type basket support and a basket hanger, this deep fryer cart comes with twin baskets to streamline operation. This unit's frypot, front, door, and sides are made of stainless steela€”a metal that withstands common wear, such as corrosion, dents, and scratches, from bustling kitchen environments.
