Description
The Frymaster ESG35T gas fryer has a thermo-tube design with proprietary baffles that transfer heat better than most other designs. It has a heavy-duty temperature probe that provides quick recovery, and its millivolt control system doesn't require electric hookups. Preventing food from burning and ruining the oil, the 35-pound-capacity frypot's wide cold zone keeps food particles out of hot oil. The pot's bottom has a sloping design that ensures oil and debris can be completely removed.
A stainless steel pot and door on this Frymaster ESG35T gas fryer provide durability and facilitate cleaning. To increase the unit's strength, its sides are aluminized. The fryer comes with two baskets that can be placed on the hanger as oil drains from the food. It's situated on four 6-inch, adjustable steel legs for stability.
