To preserve oil quality, the Frymaster CFHD160G Decathlon HD fryer has a wide cold zone and forward-sloping bottom that traps sediment and buildup. A 1 1/2-inch full-port drain valve is integrated in the bottom of the unit, and a 3-inch drain line expels oil and sediment to streamline removal. This deep fryer cart's built-in filtering process is integrated in the battery, and it can filter as many as six frypots simultaneously. The gravity-draining mechanism automatically drains oil into the filter pans, keeping drain lines open. Heated with five 6-inch-diameter tubes, oil warms evenly for quality results. Its Thermatron® temperature controller also maintains oil temperature within 1 degree Fahrenheit to ensure consistent results.
The Frymaster CFHD160G floor gas fryer's 18-inch-long by 18-inch-wide by 3 3/4-inch-deep frypot holds as much as 80 pounds of oil to endure high-volume applications. Its open design is easy to clean, and it's equipped with rack-type basket supports and basket hangers for its twin baskets. Made of stainless steel, the frypot, front, door, and cabinet sides withstand common wear and tear from busy kitchen environments. It measures 20 inches wide by 39 3/8 inches deep by 46 3/8 inches high, and it's mounted on casters so it can be repositioned for cleaning.
