Designed with a 13-inch-long by 14-inch-wide by 3 3/4-inch-deep frypot, the Frymaster FPELL14C OCF30® floor-model fryer holds as many as 30 pounds of oil. The pot's open structure is easy to clean, and its relatively small capacity can accommodate an even mixture of fresh and used oil for best results. Heated with self-standing, swing-up flat-bar heating elements, this fryer has a temperature probe that maintains the oil's temperature within a 1-degree-Fahrenheit range of the intended temperature. Users can also manage oil quality with SMART4U® technology, which has a controller with 20 programmable cook buttons. This feature can also automatically adjust cook time to match the load size.
To ensure sediment doesn't build up, the Frymaster FPELL14C commercial fryer has a built-in filtration system in its battery. A rear oil flush helps streamline oil removal, and it uses a two-lever process to prevent unexpected filtration. Made of stainless steel, the frypot, cabinet sides, and door resist corrosion from humidity and withstand dents, scratches, and scrapes. This deep fryer cart measures 15 5/8 inches wide by 30 7/8 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high, and it's furnished with adjustable casters that account for irregular flooring and resist rocking.
