Frymaster ESG35T Gas Fryer - (1) 35 Lb Vat, Floor Model, Natural Gas

The Frymaster ESG35T floor model fryer is heated by natural gas. The tube-type frypot allows for frying of a large range of items; it can hold up to 35 pounds of oil at a time. The cold zone in the frypot is wider than in industry standard frypots to enable the collection of more food particles and to keep them out of the cooking area, lengthening the life of your oil. The durable temperature probe helps make the recovery time quick. Heat transfer is excellent because of the proprietary baffles in the 6-inch heating tubes.
The stainless steel frypot and door, along with the aluminized sides, are durable and resistant to corrosion. The 6-inch legs are adjustable for level installation on uneven flooring. Oil and food particles are easily cleaned out of the frypot because the bottom slopes towards the front. Two fry baskets come with the Frymaster ESG35T floor model fryer and sit in a wire-form basket hanger.
