Both of the Frymaster FPEL214CA OCF30® Fryer Battery electric fryer's vats measure 13 inches long by 14 inches wide by 3 3/4 inches deep and accommodate as much as 30 pounds of oil. The frypots require less oil due to their size, reducing cost for oil refilling. Their open structures are also easy to clean. Heated with flat-bar heating elements, the oil temperature can be monitored with a 1-degree-Fahrenheit action thermostat, which ensures product remains within a small temperature range for desired results. After use, the Oil Attendant® mechanism automatically refills oil from the jug-in-box inside the fryer cabinet to keep oil fresh. The built-in filtration system also reduces hands-on maintenance as it's located in the fryer battery.
Users can monitor the Frymaster FPEL214CA electric floor-model fryer's oil life and quality with the 3000 controller. This technology also helps track equipment performance, programs recipes into its 20 cook buttons, and automatically modifies cook time to match load size. Designed to withstand high-volume use, the frypots, doors, and cabinet sides have a stainless steel construction, and the unit is integrated on adjustable casters for repositioning as needed. To streamline operation, this deep fryer cart includes a rack-type basket support, a basket hanger, twin basket, and a filter starter kit. Overall, this unit measures 31 1/4 inches wide by 30 7/8 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high.
