Users can input common foods into the 20 programmable cook buttons, and the unit automatically modifies the cook time to accommodate various load sizes. To prevent sediment buildup, a filtration system is built into the fryer battery. Designed with a two-lever process, its recessed handles are implemented inside the cabinet, reducing the risk of accidental filtration. Its two frypots measure 13 inches long by 14 inches wide by 3 3/4 inches deep and have a 30-pound oil capacity to accommodate high-volume use.
The Frymaster FPEL214CA commercial electric fryer's frypots are heated with self-standing, swing-up flat-bar heating elements, which have an energy-efficient structure that offers uniform heating. Temperature precision is adjusted with the center-mounted RTD thermostat, which maintains oil in a 1-degree-Fahrenheit range. To keep oil fresh, the Oil Attendant® mechanism automatically refills oil from the jug-in-box, which is integrated inside the cabinet.
