For high-volume applications, the Frymaster FPEL314CA OCF30® Fryer Battery floor-model fryer has three 13-inch-long by 14-inch-wide by 3 3/4-inch-deep frypotsa€”each of which can hold as much as 30 pounds of oil. Their small, open structures are easy to clean, and refilling costs are lower than costs for large frypots. For energy efficiency, they're heated with self-standing, swing-up flat-bar heating elements. Temperature is monitored and managed with a center-mounted RTD, which uses a 1-degree-Fahrenheit action thermostat for uniform results. Filtration is built into this deep fryer cart's battery for accessibility. Once oil levels become too low, SMART4U® technology use Oil Attendant®a€”a mechanism that adds oil to the vats from the jug-in-box from the fryer cabinet.
The Frymaster FPEL314CA commercial fryer's 3000 controller offers operational management for oil quality and equipment performance. Users can input as many as 20 recipes or food items into the programmable cook buttons, and for best results, the unit will automatically adjust the cook time to match load size. To streamline operation, it includes twin baskets, which can be placed on the basket hanger or the rack-type basket support during frying. It also has a filter starter kit to ensure oil buildup is removed correctly. The cabinet sides, door, and frypot have a stainless steel construction to withstand common wear from kitchen environments. Measuring 46 7/8 inches wide by 30 7/8 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high, it's furnished with adjustable casters that account for uneven flooring to prevent rocking.
