To maximize operation, the Frymaster FPEL314CA OCF30® Fryer Battery electric fryer has three 30-pound-capacity vats that measure 13 inches long by 14 inches wide by 3 3/4 inches deep. This deep fryer cart has swing-up flat-bar heating elements, and the oil temperature is controlled and monitored with center-mounted RDT, which keeps temperatures within a 1-degree-Fahrenheit range. Users can also monitor equipment performance with the 3000 controller, reducing preventive maintenance pileups. The 20 programmable cook buttons are designed to support as many as 20 common foods to streamline food preparation. Accommodating various load sizes, its cook time automatically adjusts, and it automatically refills oil when levels drop, ensuring fresh results.
The Frymaster FPEL314CA floor-model fryer includes a built-in filtration system in its fryer battery, enabling removal of sediment and used oil. To prevent accidental filtration, it uses a two-lever system, which has handles integrated inside its cabinet. Included twin baskets can be stored on the rack-type basket support and basket hanger for organization throughout operation. Designed to endure common wear from kitchen environments, this unit's frypots, doors, and cabinet sides are made of stainless steela€”a durable metal that resists corrosion.
