This metal also provides excellent resistance to rust and is simple to clean. To streamline cleaning further, it features an open-pot design and a built-in filtration system. A drain safety switch is included to ensure safe operation.
With an oil capacity of 30 pounds, the Frymaster FPGL130C commercial fryer measures 13 5/8 inches wide by 35 5/8 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high. It uses durable infrared burners and its SMART4U® 3000 programmable controls simplify operation by monitoring and controlling food and oil quality, and the oil life.
