It features an open-pot structure to streamline cleaning and its built-in filtration system lengthens the oil's lifespan to improve efficiency. If relocation is necessary, it can be wheeled between areas on adjustable casters. Powered by LP gas, this unit has a total output of 70,000 BTUs.
Measuring 13 5/8 inches wide by 35 5/8 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high, the Frymaster FPGL130C gas deep fryer cart has an oil capacity of 30 pounds. Its oil-conserving design minimizes waste, and it's equipped with a drain safety switch to improve safety. For durability, it operates with infrared burners; to ease operation, it has SMART4U® 3000 controls that use operation management features to monitor and control oil and food quality, as well as oil life. This controller has 20 programmable cook buttons and automatically adjusts the cook time to accommodate the load size.
