Description
Able to cook high-volume batches of breaded foods, the Frymaster FPLHD265 gas fryera€™s two vats each have a 100-pound oil capacity. Each vat has an 18-inch-long by 18-inch-wide by 5 3/4-inch-deep frying area and an 11-inch shelf with a marine edge for plating. To maintain fresh-tasting oil, its cold zone traps sediment and buildup from the cooking sections so it can be drained with the wide cold zonea€™s front-sloping design. Its integrated SMART4U® 3000 controller provides insights on oil quality, service life, and equipment operation. Users can also program as many as 20 common food items into its cook buttons. To accommodate additional food, the unit will automatically adjust its cook time. The frypots are tube heated, which means they heat up quickly and produce uniform results.
To support a long service life, the Frymaster FPLHD265 gas fryera€™s frypot, door, front, and sides are made of stainless steela€”a metal that resists corrosion while defending against common kitchen wear. Because it is furnished with casters, it can be repositioned for cleaning. Its filtration system is integrated for a streamlined appearance, and its pump removes 8 gallons per minute. This floor-model unit measures 40 inches wide by 36 1/4 inches deep by 43 inches high.
