To ensure a long service life, the Frymaster FPLHD365 floor model fryera€™s frypots, doors, front, and sides have a durable stainless steel construction. This 60-inch-wide by 36 1/4-inch-deep by 43-inch-high unit is mounted on casters so it can be repositioned for maintenance or cleaning. Its three vats measure 18 inches long by 18 inches wide by 5 3/4 inches deep to accommodate various food sizes, and the included basket racks and basket hangers help stabilize dual baskets during operation. An 11-inch plating shelf with a marine edge sits in front of the vats, offering an extra barrier between users and the hot oil.
Each of the Frymaster FPLHD365 commercial fryera€™s frypots have a 100-pound capacity to endure high-volume applications. Heated by the Thermo-Tube system, oil warms quickly and evenly to prevent burning or undercooking product. Beneath the frypots, a wide cold zone traps sediment and debris, and its front-sloping design pushes out buildup. The built-in filtration system saves space and maintains fresh-tasting oil, and its pump removes 8 gallons of oil per minute. To reduce preparation time, cooking requirements for different types of food can be programmed into the SMART4U® 3000 controller, and the unit will instantly modify cook times to match product size.
