The Frymaster FPPH255 fryer is ignited electronically and heated by natural gas. Its infrared burners efficiently heat oil. Temperatures are accurate because the probe is mounted in the center of the frypot. Each pot holds 50 pounds of oil and has a frying area that measures 14 inches by 15 inches by 4 1/2 inches. Both pots come with two baskets that can be hung on a basket hanger while not being used or set on a rack-type support when cooking food.
