Frymaster FPRE114 Electric Fryer - (1) 50 Lb Vat, Floor Model, 208v/1ph

To help the unit maintain consistent temperatures and prevent undercooking or overcooking, a thermostat is integrated on the front of the Frymaster FPRE114 commercial fryer. Heated with swing-up, self-standing flat-bar heating elements, the 14-inch-long by 15 1/2-inch-wide frying area has a 50-pound oil capacity. The melt cycle automatically turns on when the unit starts up, slowly heating the oil to preserve its quality. An RTD compensating temperature probe monitors oil temperature and adjusts it in one-degree increments. The deep cold zone traps sediment and debris and encourages removal out of its 1 1/4-inch drain valve.
To maintain fresh-tasting oil throughout operation, the Frymaster FPRE114 commercial fryer includes a built-in filtration system in its cabinet housing, and its sloped drain efficiently drains oil to prevent future backups. The open-pot vats are easy to clean, and the stainless steel frypots, doors, and cabinet are durable enough to endure common wear from high-volume use. Twin baskets can be attached to the basket rack and hanger to secure product in place. Because it is furnished with casters, this unit can be wheeled to different areas as needed for cleaning or maintenance.
