For optimal storage convenience, the included baskets can be hung on the fryer's integrated rack when not submerged.
For maximum efficiency, the Frymaster FPRE117 deep fryer has swing-up, self-standing heating elements. Its vat can accommodate 50 pounds of oil, and two fry baskets are included. To prevent burning when cooking with solid shortening, this fryer has a melt cycle option.
