The Frymaster FPRE280-21 high-production electric fryera€™s two open frypots each have an 80-pound capacity to accommodate high-volume operations. These easy-to-clean vats feature an 18-inch-long by 18-inch-wide by 5-inch-deep frying area, and a large cold zone is integrated beneath the cooking area to trap sediment before it burns. The cold zone slopes forward, shifting debris through its drain valve. Since it has casters, this unit can be transported for cleaning or maintenance, increasing versatility. Its doors, cabinets, and frypots are made of stainless steela€”a corrosion-resistant metal that defends against dents, scratches, and scuffs. The included screen-type basket support and hanger stabilize the fry baskets throughout the frying process.
Flat-bar heating elements uniformly warm the Frymaster FPRE280-21 commercial fryera€™s vats, heating slowly with an automatic melt cycle when the unit turns on. For best results, an RDT compensating temperature probe tracks oil temperature, which is displayed on the digital timer controller. The built-in filtration system helps preserve oil quality while saving floor space. The rear flush feature transports debris to the front drain valve to be expelled from the unit. Designed to fit in busy kitchen environments, it measures 40 inches wide by 39 5/88 inches deep by 44 3/4 inches high.
