Description
Self-standing flat-bar heating elements warm oil slowly with an automatic melt cycle in the Frymaster FPRE280-21 high-production electric fryera€™s two vats for uniform heat distribution. An integrated RDT compensating temperature probe helps operators manage temperatures to prevent product from undercooking or burning. A digital timer controller also displays temperatures and melt cycle status in a lighted digital display. To encourage frequent filtering while minimizing labor requirements, the filtration system is built into the unit, and its rear flush feature transports sediment to the front drain valve to expel old oil.
Beneath the cooking area, the Frymaster FPRE280-21 commercial electric fryera€™s large cold zone collects debris during the cooking process to keep it from affecting the flavor of the oil. Its front-sloping structure encourages streamlined removal through its 1 1/4-inch drain. Both frypots have an 80-pound capacity and an easy-to-clean open structure that measures 18 inches long by 18 inches wide by 5 inches deep. To withstand bustling kitchen environments, the cabinets, doors, and frypots have a stainless steel construction that withstands common wear, such as dents and scratches. Furnished with casters, this unit can be wheeled to different areas for maintenance and cleaning.
