To withstand a long service life, the Frymaster FPRE280-17 High-Production Fryer Battery electric fryera€™s frypots, cabinets, and doors are made of durable stainless steel. Its two vats sport an open, easy-to-clean design to accommodate differently sized foods; they measure 18 inches long by 18 inches wide by 5 inches deep. Twin fry baskets are included with each frypot, and they can be secured on basket hangers and racks during operation. This unit is mounted on casters that facilitate movement for cleaning or storage.
The Frymaster FPRE280-17 commercial electric fryera€™s vats are heated with self-standing, swing-up flat-bar heating elements for even results, warming up slowly with an automatic melt cycle mechanism. The integrated RDT compensating temperature probe ensures temperatures are within one degree Fahrenheit of the set level. Digital timer controllers are also incorporated into the unit with temperature displays so users can track operation. To collect sediment and debris, the cold zone slopes and shifts residue downward for easy removal. Filtration is also built into the unit with a rear flush mechanism that transports sediment to the front drain valve.
