Each of the battery's three vats accommodates 50 pounds of oil, and open frypots dona€™t have tubes or burners that sit directly in the oil, so reaching all the surfaces for cleaning is convenient. Each pot has a small cold zone that catches sediment and holds it at a lower temperature than the cooking oil. This unit includes baskets and basket supports, as well as a rack for storage when the baskets aren't in use.
The Frymaster FPRE317 electric fryer has a built-in filtration system. This feature helps users maintain clean oil and prevent excessive spending on oil replacements. Because the cycle is complete in less than 5 minutes, the fryer won't be down for long while users remove sediment.
