Engineered for high-volume loads, the Frymaster FPRE380-17 High-Production RE commercial electric fryersa€™ three, 18-inch-long by 18-inch-wide by 5-inch-deep frypots each have an 80-pound capacity. Swing-up flat-bar heating elements evenly warm the oil, while an automatic melt cycle heats slowly when the unit is first turned on to preserve the oil's quality. A digital timer controller highlights temperatures in a highly readable display, and an integrated RTD compensating temperature probe constantly tracks temperatures. Beneath the cooking areas, a forward-sloping cold zone traps debris that could negatively impact oil taste; ita€™s then expelled through the drain valve.
To save on oil costs and reduce maintenance requirements, the Frymaster FPRE380-17 electric fryer includes a built-in filtration system that uses a rear flush mechanism to move sediment to the front drain valve for streamlined expulsion. Each vat includes two twin baskets, and the basket support and hanger secure them in place during operation. To withstand back-to-back use, the frypots, doors, and cabinets have a stainless steel construction that resists corrosion and endures common wear, such as dents and scrapes. Mounted on casters for transport, this unit measures 60 inches wide by 39 5/8 inches deep by 44 3/4 inches high.
