To withstand common wear over time, the Frymaster FPRE380-17 High-Production Fryer Battery electric fryera€™s frypots, cabinets, and doors are made of stainless steela€”a metal that resists corrosion and endures common wear, such as dents and scratches. Its three vats are easy to clean and measure 18 inches long by 18 inches wide by 5 inches deep to accommodate high-volume loads. To maintain clean oil, a large cold zone beneath the frying areas traps sediment and buildup while its sloping front simplifies the expulsion process. This 60-inch-wide by 39 1/2-inch-deep by 44 3/4-inch-high structure is furnished with casters to enable transportation for cleaning and general maintenance.
Heated with swing-up flat-bar heating elements, the Frymaster FPRE380-27 commercial electric fryera€™s vats warm uniformly for consistent results. The automatic melt cycle warms oil slowly when the unit turns on, retaining oil quality. Temperatures are displayed on the lighted digital timer controller, and the RDT compensating temperature probe tracks the oil to ensure accuracy. A built-in filtration system saves on kitchen space while streamlining the draining process with its rear flush feature, which moves sediment through the front drain valve. Each vat is equipped with twin baskets, and screen-type basket supports and hangers secure them in place.
