Description
Equipped with 80-pound-capacity frypots, the Frymaster FPRE380-21 High-Production RE electric fryer is ideal for high-volume applications. Oil is evenly heated with flat-bar heating components to withstand back-to-back use. When the unit first turns on, the automatic melt cycle slows the initial heating process to maintain oil quality over time. To ensure temperatures remain constant, an RDT compensating temperature probe tracks temperatures while the digital timer controller provides easy-to-read displays on its lighted surface. A built-in filtration system keeps oil fresh over time, keeping hands-on maintenance low. The rear flush feature moves sediment to the front drain valve for removal.
Each of the Frymaster FPRE380-21 electric fryera€™s vats includes two baskets with a screen-type basket support and hanger that secure the baskets in place. Each vat's open structure holds 80 pounds of oil and is easy to clean; they measure 18 inches long by 18 inches wide by 5 inches deep. Beneath the frying area, a large cold zone collects buildup that could negatively impact oil quality, and its forward-sloping structure enables fast removal. To ensure a long service life, the frypots, cabinets, and doors have a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction. Furnished with casters for transportation, this unit measures 60 inches wide by 39 5/8 inches deep by 44 3/4 inches high.
