Self-standing, swing-up heating elements heat the Frymaster FPRE414 electric fryer's four frypots evenly and efficiently. Thermostats are mounted to the heating elements, and a 1-degree-Fahrenheit compensating temperature probe provides accurate temperature readouts, enabling operators to monitor temperatures and ensure oil maintains the programmed levels. Each frypot holds 50 pounds of oil, suiting them to produce large quantities of breaded food, such as bone-in chicken. To streamline maintenance, a deep, forward-sloping cold zone traps sediment, which the 1 1/4-inch full-port, ball-type drain valve expels. A filter is built into the fryera€™s cabinet, filtering a frypota€™s oil in less than 5 minutes. For maximum efficiency, it can filter oil while frypots are in use.
Each of the Frymaster FPRE414 electric fryer battery's frypots is equipped with two twin fry baskets to streamline the frying process. Its stainless steel frypots, doors, and cabinet resist rust and corrosion and can be cleaned quickly, streamlining maintenance to ensure a sanitary piece of equipment throughout use. Overall, it measures 62 5/8 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high and has a 14-inch by 15 1/2-inch frying area. To support maneuvering, ita€™s furnished with casters.
